Hi, I’m Tom and I am from Alaska and somehow ended up living in Arizona! In starting Tom’z Brisket because I wanted to offer the Muslim community and others Islamically slaughtered American BBQ since I noticed that it wasn’t available here when I started. I wanted to do a trailer so I can be mobile in the valley and work my way up as a business. I have been trying to improve what is offered and want to share what I think is good food. Who doesn’t love BBQ?

I prefer the traditional Texas style BBQ where only wood is used and I believe the results show when you try what we make.
