Since we prepare everything fresh and smoked to order, we kindly ask that all catering requests be submitted through the form below. This helps us ensure the best quality and the right amount of time to prepare your meats to perfection. Once your request is received, we’ll reach out personally to confirm details.
Please Note:
All catering orders require 4–5 days lead time.
Large orders (50+ lbs or full-event service) require 2–3 weeks’ notice.
We will review your request and follow up within 24–48 hours.
